As a bonus, you can have a therapy cat present during the sessions if you like. I've raised George since he was six weeks old to be a counseling cat. But if you're allergic to cats, I have another place that's cat-free where we can meet for sessions.

I work a lot with people in their twenties, teaching you things it took me 60 years to learn, giving you a head start. I work a lot with people wanting empowerment, to be able to stand up for themselves, to stop living in fear. I work a lot with people who are depressed, working to bring back hope. I work a lot with couples, fixing and maintaining and improving the relationship.

I've been a counselor off and on for thirty years, and been in full-time private practice the last 5 years. I find a lot of what I do is teaching skills, kind of like being a coach. I believe in open-source counseling, so here's a free online book that tells you the skills you need to be happy, and to have good relationships too.
