GOING INTO TRANCE
Going into ecstatic trance is the best way I know to rest and rejuvenate! Bar none.
People learn how to go into trance in a lot of different ways. Women often learn it from intercourse, and from giving birth. Everyone learns it from day-dreaming.
If you don't know how to go into trance, you might start this way. Lay down on your bed, face-up, with some nice music playing softly. Put a pillow under your knees so your low back will relax. Do continuous breath for 10 or 20 minutes, and think about the things you need to think about. Then, focus on going into a trance.
First of all, a trance isn't something you DO, it's something you let happen. So relax your body, starting with your feet and going up to your head, part by part. If your eyelids don't do it spontaneously, exert a slight pressure on your eyeballs by crossing them a little, looking a little up towards your eyebrows, and lightly hold it. As you go into trance, focus on what you feel in your head, and in your spine. Go towards pleasure. You might imagine a feeling of warmth flowing up the middle of your body and into your head, bringing a heavy and hypnotic feeling.
You can find a sentence that works for you, and repeat it over and over, mentally. One I like is, "I am sinking deeper and deeper into trance." You might count backwards from 99, slowly. You can imagine a giant walking down a stairway, and you sinking deeper into trance with each step he takes....
Once you go into bliss, you might try counting up from one....
Going into trance makes sex better. You might practice letting yourself go into trance while you're masturbating. You might practice slipping into trance during intercourse.
I recommend it whenever you need rest and recovery and revitalization....
