Going into trance makes sex better. The deeper you can go into trance, the better it makes it.


People learn how to go into trance in a lot of different ways. Women learn it from intercourse, and from giving birth. Everyone learns it from day-dreaming.


If you don't know how to go into trance, you might start this way. Lay down on your bed, face-up, without music playing. Put a pillow under your knees so your low back will relax. Breathe continuously for 20 minutes, and think about the things you need to think about. Then, focus on going into a trance.


First of all, a trance isn't something you do, it's something you let happen. So relax your body, starting with your feet and going up to your head, part by part. Imagine a feeling of warmth flowing up the middle of your body and into your head, bringing a heavy and hypnotic feeling. Find a sentence that works for you, and repeat it over and over, mentally. One I like is, "I am sinking deeper and deeper into trance." Or you might count backwards from 4 to 1, slowly. Or from 10 to 1. If your eyelids don't do it spontaneously, exert a slight pressure on your eyeballs with them, and hold it. As you go into trance, focus on what you feel in your head, and in your spine. Go towards pleasure.


Practice letting yourself go into trance while you're masturbating.
