I'm 62 years old, and I've been around the world 5 times. I live in Schenectady, NY, and I offer life coaching face-to-face and over the phone and SKYPE. I'm experienced and gentle, and most people I can help.

I work a lot with people in their twenties, teaching skills it took me 60 years to learn, and thereby giving you a head start. I also work a lot with people wanting empowerment, to be able to stand up for themselves, to stop living in fear. And I work a lot with people who are depressed, working to bring back hope. My other specialty is working with couples, fixing and maintaining and improving the relationship. Usually couples come to me when they're about to go over the edge of the cliff, and even so, most couples can be rescued. Usually the problem is missing skills.

I've been a counselor off and on for thirty years, and I was in full-time private practice the last 7 years in Oregone. I find a lot of what I do is teaching skills, kind of like being a coach. I believe in open-source coaching, so here's a free online book that tells you the skills you need to be happy, and to have good relationships, too.
